Notes:  The line "my successes are few, my failures are many" is actually the meaning of the Taiwanese idiom used in the line, 生 雞蛋的無放雞屎多.  A literal translation of the phrase is, "no fresh eggs, but lots of chicken shit."  If that's not an argument against literal translation, I don't know what is.
