Just watched the first one. Yes, Stone remains the most natural at anything having to do with football. I thought it was weird that both cheerleading teams lifted Ding Dang, since there were two guys on the one team and three on the other. They should have lifted Masa.

(What’s up with everyone wearing gray except Monster? And he’s … still … so into that muscle shirt look…)

It’s a minor point – I’d want him to hear the caution about using a single 24-year-old source to make generalizations about present-day society. I’m not even sure he is, which is why the auditing invitation is only somewhat related!

I only jogged for one summer, when I was about 14, and it made me so uncomfortable that I don’t even like to think about it anymore. I’m strictly a treadmill and elliptical guy. But I can see how some of these would be good jogging songs. Definitely “Prince Noodles.”

That remix of Jump is pretty good. I wouldn’t have pegged Stone as the source of Mayday’s disco influence, but who knows?

It would truly be great if Ashin audited one of your classes, and I’m sure he could learn a lot. But what point are you trying to make about the date of “My Adidas”?

Gosh…for a moment i tot where were u… lolz..was away for a week in Shanghai and surprised that no new blog until Monday…neway, I saw the Stay Real autobiography of Ashin at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Shanghai where they had the exhibition in July. So tempted to get it but decided not to cause it’s all in mandarin..sigh, now regretting…. =(
