The problem is that you could get into trouble for uploading videos - only the copyright holder can. And though a lot of people do it, so the odds of getting caught are quite small, if you did get in trouble for it you'd be in a lot of trouble! I'm not sure what the copyright issues are with subtitles, though - you might want to check into it.
