We’re getting ready to welcome the year of the pig in style with some dumpling making. Fortunately for us, we have:
1. a good Chinese friend willing to keep his phone on to act as the “dumpling help line” and
2. the pizza guy on speed dial, in case it all goes horribly, tragically wrong
It should be great fun.
