One Day in May…

Okay, *you* might not be counting down, but I am because that’s my DNA show. (Yippee!!) I’ve got two pieces of news coming out on the upcoming concert on October 6.

First, given their recent NFL activities, Mayday plans to incorporate some football moves into the concert, perhaps challenging fans to test their skills at the game. Okay, that should be really funny, but how sad that there’s not a chance they’ll find me in the massive Nanjing Olympic Stadium. *sob*

Second, Nanjing fans are already plotting for at least three encores. Word is spreading (again, not yet to me. *Sigh*…. Nobody loves me.) to have the whole crowd serenade the band with one of their songs (sadly, the article does not tell me which one so I can brush up on the lyrics). Plus, they are sharpening up their vocal chords, saying that no way will one or two encores do it – no, any less than three, and they won’t let the band go.

No, *we* won’t let them go. Conveniently, the concert falls near the end of the big national day holiday, so we’ll all be in a festive spirit… and still not have to go to work in the morning, even though it will be Wednesday. Now that’s good planning.
